Why we publish
A quote is a way of finding out what you will pay
Not what it costs. It is why the same parcel gets three different figures on three different days, and why nobody can plan around one.
We publish 68 price bands and charge the one your shipment falls into after we have weighed it. When the weight is more than you said, the band moves and we tell you before the parcel does. That is the whole pricing policy.

Before you send one
All questionsWhen do I actually pay?
After we have weighed it. You get the price by email with a link to pay — the parcel does not move until you do, and nothing is taken before you agree.
What if I do not know the weight?
Estimate. We weigh it at collection and price it from that, so a rough figure on the form is enough to get started.
Can the person receiving it track it?
Yes. The tracking number works for anyone who has it, and the page shows the journey and the recipient name — never anybody's address or phone number.
What can I not send?
Cash, perishables, anything flammable, and anything a customs authority on the route prohibits. If you are unsure, ask us before you book.
