Why we publish the prices
Most couriers quote. A quote is a way of finding out what you will pay rather than what it costs, and it is why the same parcel gets three different figures on three different days.
We publish 68 price bands and charge the one your shipment falls into after we have weighed it. When the weight is more than you said, the band moves and we say so before we move the parcel. That is the whole pricing policy.
